I we be specialising in small group Mat Pilate classes as well as individualised classes focused on you and your specific goals and needs. ​

 

Mat work exercises focus on building strength, endurance and control whilst working on breath control, body awareness and effective execution of good posture & alignment. Matwork can be challenging however there are levels to suit individuals of all fitness levels​​
